1. Product overview (Cationic polyacrylamide)

Our company’s cationic emulsion type flocculant, in addition to retaining the advantages of cationic dry powder flocculants, has the characteristics of large charge density selectivity, dissolution speed, easy transportation, storage and quick use. Compared with traditional products, it has a wide applicable pH range, high charge stability, good flocculation effect, and low dosage. It can be widely used in various domestic sewage, chemical wastewater, sludge dehydration treatment, papermaking and other fields.

2. How to use

(1) Before using this product, shake it as well as possible;

(2)During the dissolution operation, add this product while adding water. It is recommended to control the dissolution concentration at 3-5 ‰, and the aging time is preferably about 25 minutes;

(3)Avoid using high-shear rotor pumps such as centrifugal pumps during transportation. It is best to use low-shear pumps such as screw pumps and diaphragm pumps;

(4)The dissolving operation should be carried out in a tank made of plastic, ceramic, stainless steel and other materials. The stirring speed should not be too high and heating is not required.

(5) The prepared dilute solution should not be stored for a long time. It is best to dissolve it as it is used;

(6) When this product is used in combination with inorganic coagulant to treat wastewater, the inorganic coagulant should be added first. When obvious alum bloom appears (generally the interval is about 30-60 seconds), then add this product. Do not reverse the order. , and cannot be added at the same time.

3. Storage instructions

(1)The storage period is generally 6 months in an airtight container at room temperature and be protected from light;

(2) When storing in small barrels, attention should be paid to regular turning and shaking to achieve full mixing and prevent stratification;

(3)When storing in a large container, install a multi-leaf stirrer that can reach the bottom of the container and turn it on regularly, or install a circulation pump to circulate and stir regularly to ensure full mixing and prevent stratification.

(4)The optimal storage temperature is 50-80 °F (10-27 °C). The product cannot be frozen, otherwise its performance will be affected.

(5)If the product freezes, move it to a place with a higher temperature and let it thaw slowly. Mix it thoroughly before use and filter it through a 100-mesh screen.
